Saturdays are always wasted by me... Haha. The Saturday mornings are reserved for soccer. You gotta at least play once a week or else dunno what happen. Okay not so serious actually... Get to keep in touch and meet our swiss soccer peeps... No matter poly or jc... Haha. Although we keep laughing at Naim being at RP, cause he's only one there. The sun is always blazing hot and try staying in the court you will practically get roasted. One guy tackled me from behind and after I got the ball from him. Am I a rough player? Well afterall soccer is contact sport and there is bound to be contact when you go for the ball right. BUT definitely I am not a dirty player and I always time my sliding tackles ok... Haha. Nvm he apologised to me after that and its all fine again. As the Nike slogan goes, Joga Bonito, that is to play beautifully in portuguese. And Man Utd just got thrashed 3-0 by Chelsea. Conceding a goal in the opening minutes effectively killed off the game for United. Chelsea adopted a defensive strategy, packing the midfield then launching waves of counter attack. United laid seige on Chelsea but to no avail. Rooney's shot was saved by the outstanding Cech. The game was officially over when Joe Cole skipped past the defence and scored. A further insult was thrown at United when centre back Carvalho stopped an United attack, ran all the way to United's area, and then unleashed an unstoppable shot past Van Der Sar. Rooney also got injured during a challenge from Ferreira. The extent of the injury is of great concern to any England fans. How poignant for United, who once the dominant force in England soccer. Now we have to endure the pain of seeing Chelsea lifting the Primiership crown in front of us. Beside doing a GP essay, I haven't done the other homework yet. Watching the United game really spoils my mood lah. Maybe I'll try out some econs... Haha.
