I was nearly scammed just now!!! Luckily I'm not so dumb to fall into the trap. Here's how the scam went about, I went down the Woodlands Mrt escalator to the interchange, then a chinese man ran up to me when I reached downstairs. He showed a police report and started with his cock-and-bull story- saying he lost his wallet and stuffs today and need to borrow $20. LOL! The date on the police report state it was made on 08/2/06. This convinced me not to give him any money. I already had the feeling of reaching for my wallet already. When I flaty turned him down, he then said $5 will do since he had $15 liao. An act of desperation? I think so. So, be careful guys! Went out with Swiss peeps like Vivian, Tai Ming, Wan Ting, Jun Tang, Michelle and the usual gang of JD, Kel and Zinc to Pizza Hut for lunch. Sometimes its good to have lunch with friends that you haven't seen for so long so that can keep in touch... We crapped and talked for quite a while. Am afraid wouldn't have time for these type of meaningful gatherings in the future when school gets really hectic. OH yeah! Man Utd whacked Wigan 4-0 to win the Carling Cup. It's really nice to see the lads put in a superb performance to win the cup in style. So long liao haven't see my fav. club win something... I hope this victory marks the birth of a new era for the club. Glory glory Man United!!! Finally getting my new laptop tmr... Well it's been a loooong and tormenting wait. Especially when you bought the stuff 2 weeks ago, brought it home to find a glitch on the screen. Nvm, at least they replaced a new 1 , or else I will be going to CASE! Hehe. I hope it can spur me on to study real hard =). Going out later for my eldest Uncle's 60th birthday (da shou) dinner. I think I'm getting fatter. =P
