today marks the end of ncc trainings b4 the exams... haix... but.. y not think of the bright side? at least i can laze in bed druing sat mornings... the thought of exams kills my moods... :(.. today we had promotion parade.... eehhh anthr screw-up by sirs... no 1 were there to give out the ranks and sir had to do it HIMSELF... we were given a harsh talking-to... haix... dan fu and hida r always the 1 who get pointed out... being a gd leader really requires more than wad it takes... after tat we conducted a marksmanship and orienteering test for the sec 1s and 2s which were set by khairil and ilyas.. the questions ehh... too simple lahx... more lik a common sense test... den i let them haf some free time to play com and surf... and they were like.. woah.. so gd.. hahax... how many times can u get such chances in ncc? afterwards we presented the best cadet award... fathin got the prize...and she was like.. so surprised lorx... den mohana.. i can see hes very sad.. hah sec 1s r lik tat... setbacks dun pull u back, they spur u on! the last event of the day was sir taufiq's talk... more of a leadership talk.. the sec 2s must be super enthu after 2 kind of such talks in 2 weeks... 1.Believe in what you do 2.Set your goals high 3.Know your job well 4.Learn from others 5.Make things happen 6.Take responsibility even when you are wrong 7.Keep going even when the going gets tough 8.Care for your cadets 9.Keep your communication lines open 10.Building a strong team for those who aspire to be a gd leader.. always keep these 10 points in mind.. "there no such thing as perfect leaders, there only better leaders" maybe i should keep a compilation of all these qoutations from my wild thinkings hehex.. my bdae is 12 daex away... those who wan to bash me.. wait long long arh! ------ just now wnt to watch "the bourne surpemacy" with MJ.. hmm.. the air con at lot 1 is colddd.... the plot is rather complicating.. hmmm i suggest u read up and watch bourne identity 1st... or else u will get bit confused... the action scenes were quite gd.. i can say damon is quite an actor... my verdict- 7/10.. after tat went to eat dinner... wah MJ has a hige appetitite... he can finish 1 bowl of xtra big noodles, drink a cup of bubble tea.. and then eat another curry puff... im impressed... came home to blog, login my stale friendster accound, chat with the funny sec 1s e.g. fathin, sze wee.... had so much fun... todae has been an enjoying daex... ^_^ ------- "Just because something doesn't do what you planned it to do doesn't mean it's useless. -Thomas A.
